The district seat, built around a waterfall
Renovations and big jobs in Bracebridge
Bracebridge is a booked-work town for me: renovations, rebuilds and full-day lists, quoted in writing with the travel priced in before I start the truck.

Bracebridge grew up around a waterfall on the Muskoka River, right in the centre of town, with Wilson's Falls and High Falls just up the river from it. It's the seat of the District Municipality of Muskoka, 17,305 people at the last census, sitting on Highway 11 under 2 hours from Toronto, and it has had Santa's Village since 1955 on the strength of being halfway between the equator and the North Pole. It also has plenty of trades of its own, so I'll be straight about when it makes sense to call me instead: when the local calendars are full and the job is big enough to book whole days, an interior renovation, a deck or stair rebuild, or a repair list that has been growing all season. One written quote, the travel built in, photos of everything, and the date held.
Small single-visit jobs in Bracebridge don't pencil for either of us; for those, a local is your better call, and I'll say so on the phone.
