Huntsville is the largest town in Muskoka, 21,147 people at the last census, wrapped around Mary Lake, Lake Vernon and Fairy Lake, with Peninsula Lake and Lake of Bays just past the town line and Algonquin Park up Highway 60. It's a real year-round town on Highway 11, and it has a real year-round problem: the head of Muskoka's own builders' association went on record that the labour shortage forces contractors to take on fewer projects. That's the gap I fill. Book me for an interior renovation, a bathroom or bunkie refit through the winter, or a repair list long enough to fill a full day, and it happens on the date we set. Everything in Huntsville is quoted in writing with the travel built in, so there's no drive-time surprise on the invoice.
What I don't sell here, honestly: watch routes and one-hour calls. Those belong to the trades who live closer, and pretending otherwise would cost you money.
