Zone 1 is about 30 minutes around Seguin; Zone 2, 30 to 60 minutes out, adds $50 to flat-rate jobs. One bundle discount per booking. Washing is water and elbow grease, not chemicals, unless the job needs them and we've talked about it first.

Worth knowing

A proper wash shows you what the deck actually looks like underneath the grey. If boards need replacing afterwards, that's $349 for up to six on the handyman board, priced before the work, like everything else.
